Braids Challenge!

Ok. So I thought it would be a cool idea to challenge myself. Since I've decided to become natural, I noticed that during my transition, I haven't been able to keep braids in my hair for more than a month. When I was relaxed, I would keep them in for 3 months. I guess was because my hair was straight and it laid better. Nowadays, the minute some moisture hits my braids, you can see my natural hair peeking through which makes it look really fuzzy and unkept.

Sooooo, I've decided to do a little challenge. I want to see how long I can keep these braids in. At 1st, I wanted to keep them in until June. Since I'm graduating in June, I wanted to take them out and straighten my hair but I changed my mind. I HATE straightening my hair now so why not just keep in my braids. So I decided to keep them in until July. I figured, it would give me enough time to get some growth and hide my "scab hair".
