I have been drinking a lot of Spinach-Banana smoothies and I have to say... I LOVE THEM!!! My mom would juice spinach and kale in the morning and would always offer me some to drink but I would take a sip, screw up my face and run! I would have to take baby steps to drink all those greens. Instead, I just remove the Kale and add some frozen bananas (for a cool smoothie) with a tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil all blended with water and tada!!! A wonderful vitamin packed smoothie!
I've been drinking this everyday for a whole week and i can't complain. It gives me a burst of natural energy and not to mention when I wake up feeling super duper slim! I wouldn't be surprised if I'm losing some weight.
It's just really important to get your nutrients and what better way to do so than to drink them in a smoothie!
