Look what I can do + A much needed trim!

I'm really feeling myself right now because I can do a headband  pony puff! You guys all know that I've been feein for length because of style options and I can see myself rocking this look... well not this exact look... when my hair gets a lot longer. I wish my hair was this, in terms of length, when I do my twist outs. I wish when I did them, I can just put my hair up into a pony puff. It's so cute. 

But now on to some important news. I got a much need trim yesterday. Now, I wasn't going to trim my hair because I've been cutting my hair all throughout my transition, so I figured, I'll probably trim my hair whenever I straighten it which will be in February. BUT of course, due to a few spilt ends and crazy ass single strand knots, I had to get it trimmed.

Now, I didn't take off much, I really wish I would of taken a pic of how much I cut. I wasn't a lot, because when I did a length check, It seemed like my hair wasn't cut. I'm not really mad about my trim because it was something that needed to be done and the hair I cut will grow back by next month.

I have to make sure I pay attention to my ends. They get so dry and SSK just go crazy on them. So I told myself that I would take better care of them because if I'm trying to retain length, I can't be trimming every other month. If take proper care of them, I would only have to trim when necessary. Other than that, I'm loving my hair. Can't go wrong with a fresh trim.
